What counts as a "defect"?
Construction defects (open seams, broken stitches, holes), color defects (outside 2-Delta-E from approved Pantone), GSM defects (>5% deviation from approved fabric), wrong-spec defects (item does not match approved sample).
How do I file a claim?
Within 30 days of receipt: email [email protected] with order number, photos of the defective items, and description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days with a resolution proposal.
What about transit damage?
Transit damage is covered by your freight insurance (we recommend 1-2% of declared value premium for sea freight). We provide commercial invoice + packing list for claim filing.
What is your defect rate?
