Will you sign an NDA before I send my tech pack?
Yes. Send us your NDA (any reasonable mutual or one-way) and we will review and sign within 24 hours. We also offer a standard mutual NDA template if you need one.
How do I know my design won't be copied?
Three layers of protection: (1) Internal access — only the assigned production team sees client tech packs. (2) No client list shared — we don't advertise who we manufacture for without permission. (3) Reputation — 80+ repeat clients over 15 years; design leaks would destroy our business.
What if you accidentally produce a similar design for another client?
Genuinely accidental similarity (e.g., generic crew tee with no logo) is not IP infringement. But if a client provides a unique pattern, graphic, or proprietary detail and we produce a knockoff, we are liable per our standard contract — full refund + damages.
Do you store our design files long-term?
Active client tech packs are stored for 12 months after final order delivery (for re-orders and warranty support). After 12 months of no orders, files are deleted unless you request continued storage.
