Real cost breakdown for a 500 GSM heavyweight hoodie at 200-pc MOQ: 380g garment × $4.50/kg fabric = $1.70 fabric / $1.95 labor (cut + sew) / $0.85 decoration (front + sleeve embroidery) / $0.45 findings (zippers, drawcords, labels) / $0.20 poly-bag = $5.15 manufacturing + $1.10 factory margin = $6.25 FOB. Add freight + duty + 3PL = $8.70 landed in US warehouse. Decoration: in-house screen print, embroidery, DTG, 3D puff, chenille patch, applique, garment dye, acid wash, vintage wash, distressed finishes. Pantone TCX matching standard. We've manufactured for boutique streetwear brands, college merchandise programs, and a handful of well-known DTC labels (covered by NDA). What we don't do: cheap 220 GSM 'tropical' hoodies. The unit economics on light hoodies favor mass-production factories at 1,000+ MOQ. If your target retail is below $40, we're not the right factory. If you're positioning at $60+, our 380-500 GSM construction is the right tier.
