1. General

These terms govern your use of the Mughal Apparel website (mughalapparel.com) and manufacturing services. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Manufacturing Services

All manufacturing services are subject to a separate purchase agreement. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. All orders require a 30% advance deposit. Remaining payment is due before shipment.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs provided by clients remain the intellectual property of the client. Mughal Apparel retains no rights to client designs except as necessary to fulfill the manufacturing order.

4. Quality, Returns & No-Refund Policy

Mughal Apparel operates a strict no-refund policy. Because every order is custom-manufactured to the buyer's specification, all sales are final and no cash refunds are issued once production is approved. All products undergo multi-stage quality control. Claims for defective or out-of-spec goods must be made within 14 days of receipt with supporting evidence; Mughal Apparel's liability is limited to free replacement or remake of the affected units. Sample fees are non-refundable and are not credited against bulk orders, as each sample is custom-made with dedicated time, labour and materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mughal Apparel's total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Sialkot, Pakistan.
