What counts as a defect?
Construction defects: loose seams, missing stitches, broken zippers, faulty buttons. Color defects: significant Pantone deviation, color bleeding. Sizing defects: garment more than 1" outside agreed measurements. Material defects: holes, stains, fabric flaws.
How are defects resolved?
Send photos within 30 days of receipt. We review within 5 business days. Resolution: full or partial replacement (we manufacture replacement, ship to you), credit on next order, or partial refund based on quantity affected. We aim to resolve every claim within 14 days.
Is shipping covered?
Replacement shipping costs are covered by us if the defect is our manufacturing error. Damage during transit (carrier fault) is covered by carrier insurance — we provide the shipping documents needed to file a claim.
Do you have product liability insurance?
