The buyer provides the design (via tech pack or sketches), the manufacturer produces. In apparel, OEM is often used interchangeably with private-label manufacturing. Distinct from ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) where the manufacturer supplies the buyer with the factory's own designs rebrandable as the buyer's product. Mughal Apparel is an OEM manufacturer — we produce from buyer specifications.
