At 200-pc MOQ the FOB is $9.50, landed $12.40. At 50-pc MOQ FOB is $11.80, landed $14.90. What works for US streetwear specifically: 320-500 GSM premium French terry or brushed-back fleece (matches Champion/Aimé Leon Dore/Fear of God tier), boxy oversized fits with drop shoulder construction, embroidered chest hits with 3D puff or chenille patches, screen-printed back panels with discharge or water-based inks (not plastisol — feels cheap), garment-dyed colors with subtle washing (acid wash, sun-fade, vintage wash) for that premium look. What doesn't work well from Pakistan to US: thin 220-260 GSM 'summer hoodies' — Honduran/Mexican factories win on price because the labor differential matters less when fabric is cheap. Also, technical performance hoodies (moisture-wicking polyester) are better sourced from Vietnamese or Chinese factories specializing in performance fabrics.
