What is Mughal Apparel's quality inspection process?

Mughal Apparel runs a four-stage AQL 2.5 inspection on every order: (1) fabric inspection on arrival, (2) in-line inspection during sewing, (3) final random AQL 2.5 inspection, (4) pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection — using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling tables.

Detail

Mughal Apparel runs a four-stage Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) 2.5 inspection on every order, the standard used by major US and EU retailers. Stage 1: fabric inspection on arrival from mill — defect rate, weight (GSM), colour fastness, shrinkage tests. Stage 2: in-line inspection during cutting and sewing — measurement checks, stitch quality, assembly accuracy. Stage 3: final random AQL 2.5 inspection per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling tables — 2.5% major defects, 4.0% minor defects acceptance limits. Stage 4: pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection on packed cartons before container loading. Failed orders are reworked or rejected at Mughal Apparel's cost. We accommodate third-party PSI (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) at our cost.
