Mughal Apparel uses cotton (combed, ring-spun, organic GOTS), polyester (interlock, mesh, performance), French terry, brushed-back fleece, denim, modal, viscose, Lycra blends, pearl-weave cotton (BJJ) and full-grain cowhide. All fabrics OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Mughal Apparel sources fabrics from audited Pakistani and select international mills. Standard fabrics: Cotton — combed, ring-spun, heavyweight, organic (GOTS-certified on request), in 140-300 GSM weights. Polyester — interlock (140-180 GSM for sublimated jerseys), mesh (110-150 GSM for ventilation panels), performance (88/12 polyester/elastane for compression and MMA), recycled rPET (GRS-certified on request). Knits — French terry (280-500 GSM for hoodies and sweatshirts), brushed-back fleece (360-500 GSM for premium streetwear), jersey, interlock. Denim — 10-14 oz cotton, rigid or stretch with 1-3% elastane. Pearl-weave cotton (350-550 GSM for BJJ gi jackets). Ripstop and canvas (8-10 oz for BJJ trousers, workwear). Full-grain cowhide (1.2-1.4mm for biker jackets), lambskin (fashion leather), sheepskin (shearling). Hi-vis fluorescent polyester (150 GSM, EN ISO 20471 / ANSI 107 compliant). All fabrics OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
