All decoration techniques are performed in-house at Mughal Apparel's Daska factory — no subcontracting, single quality control, one accountable team. Embroidery: Tajima multi-head computerised machines, flat, 3D puff (raised foam-backed), chenille, metallic thread, applique, up to 15 thread colours per design, hoop sizes 4×4″ to 8×12″, specialty large designs to 12×18″ via repositioning. DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Kornit Storm Hexa printers, photo-real water-based ink direct onto cotton blends, ideal for short runs and complex graphics. Sublimation: full edge-to-edge dye sublimation on polyester fabric, permanent molecular dye bond, zero hand-feel, Pantone TCX lab-dip colour matching. Screen printing: plastisol, water-based, discharge, high-density, foil and glitter inks, manual and automatic. Heat transfer: vinyl, eco-solvent, sublimation transfer. Patches: woven, embroidered chenille, PVC, leather, sublimated. Labels and trims: woven main labels (damask or printed), heat-transfer care labels, hangtags, polybags, master cartons. Embossing/debossing: hot-foil (gold, silver, copper) and debossing on leather.
