Does Mughal Apparel do sublimation printing?

Yes. Mughal Apparel does full in-house edge-to-edge dye-sublimation on polyester fabric with Pantone TCX lab-dip colour matching. Permanent molecular dye bond — no peel or fade.

Detail

Yes — Mughal Apparel runs full in-house dye-sublimation. Process: print sheets onto transfer paper at high DPI for the chosen fabric, heat-press onto pre-cut polyester panels, the heat converts the dye to gas which bonds with the polyester fibres at the molecular level — permanent, full-coverage, zero hand-feel. Sublimation is the standard decoration for sports jerseys, MMA fight shorts, cycling jerseys, rugby kit, basketball jerseys and all-over print apparel. Capabilities: Pantone TCX lab-dip colour matching with buyer approval before bulk print, edge-to-edge full-design coverage including sleeves and back, photo-realistic graphic capability, up to 1.6m wide print head, no minimum colour count or design complexity limits. Works only on polyester or polyester-dominant blends (>70% polyester). For cotton apparel decoration, we use Kornit Storm Hexa DTG, screen print or heat transfer instead. MOQ for sublimated apparel: 25 pieces per design.
