Frequently Asked Questions

What size ranges do you produce?

Yes: Standard XS-3XL on most styles. Plus-size (4XL-6XL) and youth (XS-XL) available with separate grading. We can build any custom grading sheet from your measurements.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes — international buyers regularly visit our Daska facility. We arrange airport pickup from Lahore (LHE) or Sialkot (SKT). For clients who can't travel, we host live video factory tours.

What's the difference between OEM and private label?

We get this a lot. OEM means we manufacture your fully designed product to your tech pack. Private label means we offer existing constructions that you brand. We do both (and many clients combine the two). We document this in writing on every order confirmation.

What construction is used at high-stress points?

Double-needle stitching at hems, sleeves, and side seams. Bartack reinforcement at pocket corners. Twin-needle coverstitch at neckline. That's not theoretical. That's what we do every week.

How long does sampling take?

From our side, 5-7 buSiness days from approved tech pack. Sample fee is refunded against bulk orders above 200 pieces. (Salman's note: this is one of the questions I always make sure new account managers can answer cold.)

What fabrics do you offer?

100% cotton, cotton-poly blends, French terry, brushed fleece, organic cotton (GOTS available), bamboo blends, rPET recycled polyester, jersey, slub, ribbed knits, twill, ripstop, melton wool, and nylon. That's not theoretical — that's what we do every week.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for sustainable streetwear?

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style and colour — among the lowest minimums offered by any WRAP, BSCI and OEKO-TEX-certified manufacturer in Pakistan. Sample charges are refunded against bulk orders that meet the MOQ, and bulk production runs 12–20 days after sample approval.
