Our DTG production uses Epson SureColor F2100 industrial DTG printers with pre-treatment process for color saturation on cotton hoodies. Works on 100% cotton fabric primarily; cotton-poly blends produce slightly muted color saturation. DTG strengths: full photographic detail, no setup cost per design (unlike screen print which charges per color setup), small-batch friendly (1-10 piece runs economical). DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing applies water-based pigment ink directly onto the fabric using high-resolution print heads — the same way an inkjet printer works on paper. Result: photographic prints with millions of colours, fine gradients, soft hand-feel, and zero MOQ overhead. Best for designs with photographic content, intricate detail, or runs under 100 pieces. We use Brother and Epson DTG presses with Kornit-style pre-treatment for cotton and cotton-blend hoodies. Wash-durability tested per AATCC standards.
