Do you ship directly to US brands?
Yes. We ship via sea freight (DDP available to US) and air freight for urgent orders. Sea freight transit times: 25–30 days to LA, 22–25 days to NYC.
What is your minimum order quantity for US brands?
MOQ is 50 pieces per style/colour. This is the lowest in the Asian clothing-manufacturing industry. Most competitors require 500–1,000.
How do you handle quality control?
In-house QC team inspects every garment at three stages: pre-production fabric inspection, in-line during sewing, and final 100% AQL 2.5 inspection. We send video walkthroughs of QC for major orders.
Can you produce my custom designs without copying them?
Yes. Every order is governed by a signed NDA before we even review your tech-pack. Your designs, branding, and customer list stay confidential. We do not publish client work without written permission.
What about duties and import taxes?
For DDP shipments we pre-pay duties and customs into the landed cost — you receive the goods at your warehouse with no further fees. Pakistan apparel imports to the US are subject to standard MFN tariffs; we provide harmonised-code guidance to optimise your duties.
