The Arc Flash Electrical Safety Jacket is a specialized FR (flame-resistant) outerwear garment engineered to protect electricians and electrical workers from the thermal energy released during arc flash events. Manufactured at Mughal Apparel's Sialkot facility using inherent FR fabrics with a minimum CAT 2 arc rating of 8 cal/cm², this jacket meets the stringent requirements of NFPA 70E and IEC 61482 standards. The jacket features anti-static properties, an FR zipper with storm flap, knitted FR wrist cuffs, and multiple utility pockets constructed from FR materials. Inherent FR fabric options including Nomex IIIA and Protera blends provide long-lasting protection that cannot be washed out. Available in traditional navy and khaki colorways with hi-vis options. Full OEM customization includes company logo embroidery using FR thread, name tapes, pocket configuration modifications, arc rating level options, and certification labels.
