How to Mold Your FUJI Quick Fit Mouth Guard Boil Water – Heat water until boiling, then remove from heat. Submerge Mouth Guard – Place the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds . Cool Briefly – Remove and let it cool just enough to safely place in your mouth. Fit & Press – Center over your upper teeth, bite down gently, and press with fingers and tongue for a snug fit. Seal the Fit – Hold for 60 seconds , then place in cold water to set. Test & Adjust – If the fit isn’t perfect, repeat the process once.
