Stage 1: incoming fabric inspection (4-point system). Stage 2: pre-cut fabric and accessory check. Stage 3: in-line inspection during stitching. Stage 4: final AQL 2.5 random sample inspection per ISO 2859-1 before packing.
What size ranges do you produce?
Standard XS-3XL on most styles. Plus-size (4XL-6XL) and youth (XS-XL) available with separate grading. We can build any custom grading sheet from your measurements.
Can you pattern-engineer from a sample garment?
Yes — send a physical sample and we'll digitise the pattern, grade size runs, and produce a counter-sample within 7-10 days. Common for clients re-shoring from existing suppliers.
