Sialkot has been an embroidery hub since the 1880s — the British colonial military procurement of dress uniforms with regimental insignia is where the local skill originated. Our embroidery department descends from that legacy. The senior operators I work with learned from their fathers, who learned from their fathers. Hardware: 12 Tajima TFMX-IIC multi-head machines (15-needle each). Each head can produce one logo simultaneously, so a 12-head machine completes 12 garments per cycle. We can run 200+ chest embroideries per hour at standard density. Thread: we carry Pantone-matched Madeira Polyneon, Robison-Anton Polyester, and Marathon Rayon thread (1,500+ colors across the libraries). For exact Pantone matches outside the standard libraries, we custom-dye thread to your spec — adds 7-10 days lead time but achieves 95%+ Pantone accuracy. Where we excel: dense embroidery (15,000-50,000 stitches per logo), 3D puff (foam-backed for raised effect on caps and hoodies), chenille patches (yarn-loop pile for letterman jackets), and applique embroidery (fabric layered + stitched). Where we don't compete on price: very simple 500-stitch logos that other factories run on cheaper single-head Tajima machines. Standard digitizing turnaround: 48 hours from receipt of logo (AI/PNG/SVG). Free digitizing for orders 100+ pcs; $50-150 per logo otherwise (refunded against bulk PO).
