Cut and Sew Apparel Manufacturer — Custom Pattern, Custom Fabric

True cut-and-sew apparel manufacturer in Pakistan. We sew from your pattern + custom-sourced fabric — not relabel stock. Hoodies, tees, jackets, activewear, swimwear. MOQ 50.

The phrase 'cut and sew' gets misused constantly. When a factory tells you they do cut-and-sew, here's what you should verify: do they hold the pattern, cut from a marker, and sew from scratch? Or do they take stock blanks and add decoration? Real cut-and-sew means we receive your tech-pack (or develop one with you), grade the pattern across your size run (XS through XXXL standard), lay the marker, cut fabric in stacks of 50-100 ply on automated cutting tables, then route panels to sewing stations where Japanese-spec Juki/Brother/Pegasus machines stitch them into garments. That's what happens on our floor. We have ~100 production-floor operators, 80% of them with 10+ years on cut-and-sew lines. The senior operators trained the junior ones. Most learned the trade in Sialkot's leather goods or sports equipment factories before moving to apparel. That depth of skill is why we can run cut-and-sew at 50-piece MOQ — labor productivity, not fabric MOQ, drives the unit economics. What we cut: cotton jersey, French terry, fleece (280-500 GSM), ribstop, twill, denim, woven shirting, polyester-spandex performance, nylon-spandex 4-way stretch, leather (cowhide, lambskin, goatskin), neoprene, and technical waterproof fabrics. What we don't cut: anything we haven't worked with before — if your tech-pack specifies an unusual fabric, we'll source 2-3 mill samples, lab-dip to your Pantone, and run a fit sample before quoting bulk pricing. Pattern files stay on our server for repeat orders. Most brands repeat the same patterns every 6-9 months with seasonal colorway/decoration changes. No re-development cost on repeats.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between cut-and-sew and stocked blanks?

Stocked blanks = factory pre-makes plain garments in standard fits, you add a logo. Cut-and-sew = factory cuts fabric from your pattern in your spec'd fit, sews from scratch. C&S is true OEM — your design, your fabric, your construction. Stocked blanks limit you to off-the-shelf fits.

Do you develop patterns from scratch?

Yes. We can develop patterns from sketches, tech-packs, technical drawings, or competitor garment samples. Pattern development is included for orders 100+ pcs; charged at $150–$300 per style otherwise (refunded against bulk PO).

Can you match a competitor garment?

Yes — send us the physical garment and we'll reverse-engineer pattern, construction, fabric spec, and decoration. Common for emerging brands benchmarking against established players.

Do you grade patterns across sizes?

Yes. Standard size grades XS–XXL (or XXS–XXXL on request). Pattern grading is included with pattern development. Custom size charts (e.g. petite, tall, plus) supported.

What fabrics do you cut?

Cotton jersey, French terry, fleece, ribstop, twill, denim, woven shirting, polyester-spandex performance, nylon-spandex, leather (cowhide, lambskin, goatskin), neoprene, and technical waterproof fabrics.

Is sewing in-house?

100% in-house. No outsourcing to subcontract shops. Our sewing floor is part of the BSCI-audited facility.
