Decoration: embroidery on glove cuff, printed logo on knuckle area, debossed brand mark on leather palm. Pantone matching standard. Custom waist-band color/pattern on the wraps. We've private-labeled for boxing gyms (engraved with gym name), MMA brands, and a handful of fitness influencer ranges. What I'd push back on if you're sourcing: anyone quoting under $10 FOB for genuine cowhide competition gloves — the fabric+labor math doesn't work at that price. You're getting PU leather marketed as cowhide. Insist on a leather hide-thickness measurement (1.1-1.3mm for cowhide) and a fabric origin certificate.
