When should I choose sublimated (printed) patches?
Choose dye-sublimation printed patches when your design has many colours, gradients or photographic detail that embroidery and weaving cannot reproduce. The colour bonds into polyester and will not crack or peel.

Because colour count does not raise the cost the way it does with embroidery, sublimation is economical for detailed artwork. Sublimated patches can be merrowed, die-cut or laser-cut and take any backing.
