Mughal Apparel operates a no-refund policy. All products are custom OEM / private-label goods made to each buyer's specification, so orders are final and no cash refunds are issued once production is approved. Our quality guarantee still fully protects you: any garment that is defective or fails our AQL 2.5 final inspection is replaced or remade at no cost, provided the claim is made within 14 days of receipt with supporting photos. Sample fees are non-refundable and are not credited against bulk orders, because each sample is custom-made with dedicated time and effort. This is standard practice for custom apparel manufacturing, and the policy is set out in our Terms & Conditions and Master Service Agreement.
