Depends on incoterm. Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — our default for US/UK/EU clients — Mughal Apparel handles and prepays all shipping, duty and final-mile delivery. Under FOB Karachi, the buyer arranges and pays shipping from Karachi port onwards.

Shipping cost responsibility depends on the chosen Incoterm: (1) DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Mughal Apparel's default for US, UK, EU, Canadian and Australian B2B clients. We handle and prepay everything: export documentation, ocean/air freight, destination port customs clearance, all import duties paid at origin, final-mile delivery to buyer's warehouse door. Buyer signs once on receipt. Shipping cost is included in our unit price quote. (2) FOB Karachi — Buyer takes title at Karachi port. Buyer arranges ocean freight, marine insurance, destination customs clearance, all duties and final-mile delivery. Lower unit price quote (excludes shipping). Buyer's freight forwarder collects from Karachi. (3) CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — Mughal Apparel covers cost, marine insurance and ocean freight to destination port. Buyer handles destination customs and inland delivery. (4) CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) — similar to CIF but for any transport mode. Most Mughal Apparel buyers prefer DDP for simplicity — single invoice, single timeline, no surprise costs at destination.
